Before you write
Many common questions are already answered in our FAQ, and our guide library explains EXIF, GPS and other metadata in detail. If your question is about privacy or how we handle uploads, our privacy policy covers it.
Reporting a problem with an image
If MetaLens misreads a specific file, let us know the format and, if you can, a short description of what you expected versus what you saw. Please do not send images that contain sensitive personal information — a description is usually enough for us to reproduce the issue.
